These monkeys have a HUGE ebay store selling sunglasses, hats, cell phones, cameras, etc....

I like how they are even careful with what they take. Notice how gentle that monkey was with the phone. They probably have figured out that people won't give them anything if their items have been damaged or ruined.

My husband and I recently went to Gangtok. The most fascinating thing we experienced was monkeys sitting on the side of the road, looking at us deep into our souls, they weren't aggressive at all but just look deep into your soul and politely waiting for us to give them something to eat.

I like that they understand the concept of possessions.

“What’s yours is mine, and what’s mine is also mine!”

I frickin love macaques. They are adorable genius little guys. They can be super loving or absolute evil. They’re just crackheads with tails!

Remember how one stole my flip-flops and went up a tree. I simply sat and waited a little far away not bartering anything for couple of minutes, without him seeing me. He got bored, dropped the flipflops and went away.

Wait did the bamboo just yawned after being offered the peanuts? As if to say: “C’mon now I know you can do better then that”. 🤣 wow that was such a great study to watch. And yes! I made a mistake and confused a bamboo with a Macaque, okay I get that🤷🏽‍♂️✌🏽💯

I thought "monkey business" was just an expression. 🤔

I love that he had the food ready and didn't give the monkey processed human food. He gave him something nutritious, healthy and probably not that easy to find.

This is the most fascinating thing I’ve ever seen in nature, and I love it.

Although I don't agree with the monkey, I would be laughing my ass off having to give a monkey food in return for my personal belongings. 🤣
