► Preparation of this Ambience:

All of New Bliss content including the Scenario, Animation and Audio are completely original resulting in weeks of preparation and work.
At first stage, this ambience was made in 3D, after that painted and animated on Adobe After Effects.
The soundscape, created apart is added on the final rendering.

Many, many years ago, I was a driver for a Chicago messenger service. Often during early spring or fall, when it was cool enough to require a jacket and rain would be falling, I would find an out of the way parking spot in late afternoon after my deliveries. I would sit there listening to the radio, waiting for dispatch to release us for the night. The drumming of the rain and the coolness of the air would often cause me to doze for the final 15 minutes or so. Memories.

When I was a kid, on a rainy day, if I was quiet my Mom always knew where to find me. She would go up to the attic and I would be curled up asleep on an old cot that was up there. It was so peaceful and relaxing.

I love warm, muted colors, dark hues and candlelight, the sound of rain beating against the window pane, a hot drink, rugs on the floor, all keeping me safe and snug.

Well, after looking at all these ambiences, I choose this one under the roof with the rain beating down. What's outside the window for you? I see a narrow, winding cobbled street of a port town, not far up from the wharves, with ships at anchor. Could be Nantucket, or some little harbor in Wales or Cornwall. And the smell of the chowder and fresh bread is wafting up from downstairs.
