I can't believe I stumbled upon this video. I grew up in Leduc in the 80's/90's and eventually moved to Edmonton till I left in 2003. My childhood memories are me heading to the Horse Races at Northlands and then eating dinner at Double Greeting. I would frequent that restaurant throughout my High School years and just before I left. Every 5 or so years when I visit Edmonton I would always eat there too! My favourite restaurant! I'm deeply saddened about how the state of Chinatown actually looks now, and am disappointed that the city seems to do nothing about it. I'm visiting again later this year after a 4 year absence and am interested to see how Chinatown looks. I hate that the city is obsessed with cars, and how Chinatown and the downtown area are just full of empty parking lots. I wish it was never so, but this was a major reason why I had to leave the car dependant city. Thank you for the video!

That part of Jasper was cool in the early 70's before they tore it down
