even with reducing jobs it all comes to cost of living, in war affected Russia the bread costs 0.70$ for a kilo loaf (2 pounds, best white flour), milk less 1$/liter, chicken 2-3$/kilo, for such prices in USA you need a years of deflation or new great depression shock, in high cost of living no jobs makes hobotowns everywhere statewide
