So it was Liz's mother Red was hallucinating. Looks like he was seeing the visions of past, but like it was happening now. Unique episode, I really love season 3, it keeps getting better and better. And give Spader all the awards, he is so damn terrific.

What the hell is going on with this show

I have a theory:  What if the "Rostova" that has been hunting Liz and Red is not Katherina, but rather Liz's sister?  What if there were two children born to Katherina, one child of her husband's and one of Red?  What if this other sister took on the identity of Katherina Rostova?  Because Red has never once referred to this new Adversary as Katherina, but instead as just "Rostova", not to mention he keeps on saying that Katherina is dead.

um, this "Cape May" literally had the least surprising "twist" I've ever seen in a television show lol I can't even begin to fathom how you wouldn't have been able to realize the ENTIRE TIME that woman wasn't really there, that Red was alone the whole time, and I pretty much figured she was his mind's manifestation of Liz's mom.

She's coming back!!! I think Liz need time off in real life cause she was pregnant and actually gave birth TODAY!! Lol what a coincidence, but I think the writers knew that and came up with a storyline to fit her life

If she is dead. It'll be a shame. I was just getting used to her character. I think she faked her death. Tom hardly looks grief stricken. (albeit it's a promo) she's in hiding just to get away from Red.

Lizzie not being dead and coming back will be the silliest thing that the writers will ever do unless of course she comes back with a different face and name then gets her face back after a few episodes for the OMG moment because they just totally killed it coz 90% viewers believe her death was staged which is not supposed to be the case, and bringing her back won't make any impact, we knew she wasn't dead anyway. How I wish they could have just made her MIA by making the scene where they are transferring her to the hospital the last one we saw her in making the ambulance empty and also the van that she died or pretend died in when Solomon and his men stopped them. That with Red almost fainting, that WOULD HAVE GIVEN US SOME CRAY CRAY

I have no clue what´s going on guys.. is she really dead? and not coming back to the show? I have no idea how they are gonna fit her back into this.. it´s gotten so far now that they can´t just go "she´s alive!" as she walks into the room

that episode threw me off a bit seeing RED being that total mess but something still bothering me with that episode : in the season 1 a house went on fire and red was outside of it with Lizz so is it just a inner world for RED ? maybe the nackelace will help Red finding somekind of Peace!
