How to make Hi-Hat Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes - Pinch of Luck

Today I made Hi-Hat Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes! Been seeing this technique around, had to give it a try! I am not a professional, by far, but I enjoy spreading the joy with yummy treats! Tell me what you would like to see!

You will need:
Tools:
Pot, with a little bit of water to make boiler
Spoon
Short glass
or micowavable bowl
Bowl to catch sprinkles

Ingredients:

Ice cream cones

Cake -
French Vanilla cake Mix – follow the directions or make your own recipe
Mini chocolate chips

Hi-hat icing -
3 large egg whites

Topping:
Milk chocolate chips
3 tablespoons of veggie oil
rainbow jammies
rainbow ball sprinkles
finely crushed walnuts
peanut butter M&M's
(Or any kind of decoration you want)
