Good pedals for the money, I have used them for a while and I do have an update after 2.5 years, might be time to make a quick video about that

if you shorten the script a bit by taking out all the stuff you say twice in a row, you can talk a bit slower that will make the video a bit less stressy. example keep it there, keep it in place so it doest fall off and i dont loose it. at this point i cant say they are bad, at this point i cant say they are bad i haven't had a failure

What would you feel if pedals are bad?
"Cheap" pedals (VP-536) came on my Trek. Those pedals sell for $20 CAN. No issues after 4 years, and 4000 km. People tell me I should "upgrade" my pedals, but no one can clearly tell me why.

Dude. This is NOT a RADIO. Picture worth a million words. Showing what is inside of that pedal would benefit this video....🚲🤦‍♂

If you are okay with pedals with bushings that barely spin (and basically uses grease as a bearing), rather than real ball bearings, the cheap ones are fine. That said, even some of the $150+ pedals out there use bushings, and barely spin either. I'm sticking with the older Shimano XT pd-m8140's and MKS pedals that use cup and cone bearings, spin for days, and don't slow me down.
