There's only one thing I dislike about Akra, at least on motorcycles, they are more quiet than stock. For track use and power gains (without remapping) they are fantastic but on the road I like to hear what the damn thing sounds like. I was surprised when I changed the akra on my rsv4 for the stock one

The problem with Akrpovic is that they have taken their success to new levels of ripping customers off. I mean the official aftermarket exhaust for the new 2020 Tracer 700 is listed as £1, 299. That is more than 1/6th of the total cost of the bike brand new at RRP. Especially when other top brand companies (Yoshimura, SC Project) offer similar spec for around half that price.

Akrep means scorpion in turkish and pronounced very very similar. Also in turkey we call these akrep for short.

I went with the SC Project on my Beemer because I preferred the look of it on my bike.
It looks and sounds amazing, but took six months to arrive from Italy after ordering. 😅
Should have gone with the Akra.

I was born and still live in Italy, just 35 miles off the Italian-Slovenian border.
What to say: during the early 2000s - 2010 period, when a full, un-baffled Akra was the go-to exhaust for any self-respecting motorhead around here, even animals grazing on mountain passes nearby could tell an Akrapovic from miles away. The only other exception being double Termignonis on Ducati Monsters (seen you video, nice one as well) and on Aprilia Tuonos. :)

I purchased a used BMW K1600 GTL that came with Akra's on it, I think they are the model that is offered as a factory option. They definitely have a great sound to them but I've never heard my model of bike with stock exhaust. Great info presented in a great way. Keep it up. Sub'ed.
