Christmas suckers or candy on skinny sticks would work well too to stick inside where the marbles are. Very cute idea!

While watching you decorate tree with candies, I thought maybe you can add couple of dots with glue gun to back of Santa’s, apply to canes ( leaving enough) space to stick in your base or to a craft stick !

aww I do like this, it is one of those things that, looks expensive, but costs very little, and it is the kind of gift you could give to a neighbour, a friend, or one of the childrens teachers, and they would be chuffed to bits with it, plus after the candy is gone, they have a pretty little "basket" that they can use as a desk top tidy, and the glass marbles are great for keeping flowers upright in a tall vase.Bless you and thank you for sharing xx

Even though it's JUST a dollar tree Christmas tree it does matter what it looks like....after all it is your own personal work and it reflects on you. Never do anything half-assed and always take pride in what you create.
