Ingredients:
for the base:
biscuits - 170 g (6 oz)
melted butter - 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
To cold 30 min

for the cream:
mascarpone - 200 g (7 oz)
powdered sugar - 80 g (2.82 oz)
vanilla essence - 5 ml (1 tsp)
liquid cream - 300 ml (10.14 fl oz)

for the glaze:
chocolate - 150 g (5.3 oz)
liquid cream - 180 ml (¾ cup)
Kinder Pingui chocolate - 4 pieces

Tray diameter 20 cm (8 in)
In the fridge 2 h

La Torta è venuta identica all originale buonissima e leggera. Cose fondamentali montare bene la panna e montare leggermente anche il cioccolato con la panna facendolo addensare senza creare bolle.

There's no way the white part got so firm without any gelatine in it... I should know because I've tried many times mixing only mascarpone and cream like you did, put it in the fridge even over night and it was not firm. It's a shame to not show exactly how this is made.

Question: How the hell does a mix of just cream and mascarpone stay so firm? I tried that multiple times, but the only way I can serve it is in a bowl...
