Creamy Pea Soup Easy Scottish Recipe

Hey everyone I hope you enjoy this delicious Scottish Summer Pea Soup its so easy to make!

This creamy pea soup recipe is based on the many old Scottish recipes I have come across for pea soup. I have added in some delicious bacon and cream and you could also add some lovely fried bacon pieces on top of this soup too if you like.

You could also try making this lovely pea soup recipe with broad beans or even cooked lentils if you have some available might work well. Let me know if you experiment with your pea soup recipe.
