Today's workout is indeed a short one, but don't assume that it's going to be easy! We're looking at 3 rounds of some of my favorite exercises including High Knees, Plank Walks, Double Burpees, and Plyometric Lunges ;D

Don't waste any more time thinking about it, just start...and don't let your body convince you that you're done until it's over. You got this!
