I work for a VW dealership and I took out an Arteon SE just like this one when we got it in, and it is easily one of the most comfortable but lively cars I've ever been behind the wheel of.

The Arteon is a great all around family sport sedan. A large interior for a family and an engine that is strong enough. Many reviews compare the Arteon and Stinger, here is the difference; the Arteon has a nicer interior, larger interior, better tech, better handling and can fit a family. The Stinger with the 6 cylinder is fast and its all wheel drive system is tuned for performance. The Stinger is a better sports car. In my personal opinion I would take the car that is a better daily drive for back and forth to work, that is the Arteon. Speed is fun but it is not comfortable.

The Arteon looks really good. I had a CC, and I loved it. The 2021 finally got the interior looks and tech that it should have been released with. It was a major downside for me. Climate controls were the same as on my 2012 CC.

It would be interesting to compare this to the Toyota Avalon TRD, Dodge Charger GT and Kia Stinger.

Damn how am I just now seeing this video? Thanks Dave. I'm a huge arteon fan but it's so hard to justify that price against a Passat or accord (my two other competing options). Heard they may get discontinued in the US, then it really makes me want one, just to have the rareness.

Listen my friend, I've seen alot of videos of guys trying to show of the car's true potential. You put it in sport mode and use the paddle shifters on God to feel the backforce of this vehicle. VW seems seems to tap in a true sport mode using the paddle shifters than the automatic transmission alone and you will call it "Expert mode" because you will learn that not only Volkswagen is very clever but also very secretive.
