I spent many, many years on Truck Companies as a FF, Operator, and Captain. Irons and a Rotary Saw (K-12 or Stihl - I prefer Stihl) with the blade in the outboard position is all that is needed for Forcible Entry. You are wasting your money on other tools. Training for commercial forcible entry, not residential. Residential is much easier than commercial. Doors/locks on the rear of most businesses will usually be tougher than on the front, so pre-plan the rear of the these and train for that kind of forcible entry. Remember to try before you pry, and you are creating emergency exits for firefighters more so than you are entry points. Egress over ingress.
