As a piano player in middle school, I was given the lucky chance by CB West High School, the very first school to get one of these Seaboards, to play it at a concert in January. I have been practicing on it and it feels nothing like anything I have felt before...so much expression and creativity involved. It feels like you're playing on soft pillow bumps. It is hard to get used to, but is so fun to play.

I see. It improves upon the digital keyboard design by allowing variations in the sound from how hard and long you press in the keys. Usually this is only available on physical instruments.

I love this little demo of the seaboard! The music is really nice, ive listened to it maybe 30 times or so. Is there any way I could use the audio from 0:12-0:52 in an outtro to my videos on another channel? Piano's equivalent of vibrato is trill. Two adjacent notes played rapidly. However, when you start considering digital music (which is usually made with a keyboard) you can set your midi patch to have vibrato, or use the pitch wheel to fabricate it. Some touch-based digital keyboards let you use vibrato like a guitar player by vibrating your finger, as a violinist would (continuum, touchscreen music apps, and the instrument in this video are examples)

Music never dies, it simply goes out of fashion, which, if you pay attention, you'll learn that fashion means absolutely nothing. When you are your grandpa's age you won't be saying "screw this old music, I'd rather throw away my childhood and life-long memories and listen to all this new stuff instead."
Not to say that older people don't listen to newer music, and they definitely should, but you can grow as a person by listening to music from all eras. Music is music. Enjoy it for what it is.

besides hooked to a talkbox, have a laser pointer attached to your head so when you point it at a particular "key" the talkbox affects that key alone, and as the pointer on same key rises away from player, a wider range of notes are affected arround the key.

this is awsome.and i will check into buying one . at looks easy to play. as i have been playing the lowrey home organ.for 15 years. and still take music lesons.and never will givet it up.
