I love being a twin mom. Of course I could always tell them apart. But they looked so much alike they switched places in school. But now that they are 21, they are SO different. One has long hair, one has short hair. One is quiet, the other is loud and outgoing. I wouldn't trade it for the world!!!

I’ve had several sets of twins as friends over the years and I’ve never had trouble telling them apart. I think the tiny variations, especially when you know them well, are obvious. Our brains are very good at recognizing those things.

I find it so funny that people think just because 2 people look the same that you can’t tell them apart🤣 Everyone has different personalities, voices, traits, habits, quirks, and things used to define them, APART from looks. Especially when you spend time with them, you learn these things. It’s just like with any other living thing.

My father was an identical twin. I used to get confused when I was really little (home movies of me looking confused). As an older child, I could tell them apart because my uncle was a little taller than dad, and their voices were slightly different. Sadly, my dad died in 2003. My uncle is still alive.

I have identical twin grandsons. I call them Twin because I could never tell them apart. they would finish each other's sentences and identical to the detail. when they got about 9 months old I started to tie a string to twin 1's ankle so I could tell. now they are almost 30 years old, and you guessed it, I still can't tell them apart lol. they work for the same company and STILL finish each other's sentences but thank the Lord, Twin 2 got tattoos all over, so now I could tell them apart. I'm glad because I just turned 70 years so if I get bad eyesight as I age or I get forgetful or things that come with old age, ill be able to know twin 2 is tattooed lol
