That’s good gumbo. Don’t worry about people saying it doesn’t look good. Gumbo is not one of those fancy foods that people look at but can’t stand to put in their mouths. It’s meant to eat!

There are as many different gumbos as there people making them. Mine is never ther the same and I am sure I am not the only one.

Too thick. Looks like stew. Needs to look like soup. Will be better the next day. Flavors meld better overnight. Left overs can be frozen for later.
