Love how Jason is solo on this. For him the regime kills but they kill the ones that don’t deserve it which is why he didn’t join. As for The Insurgency is for the same reason he had with Batman where they’re just pacifists which is understandable. Its just a great decision they made as for he’s a lone wolf.

I love how they made Jason in Injustice 2, just a lone wolf, not on any side except his own.

His reasons for not joining The Regime was because they killed villains but they did kill innocents,

But he didn't join The Insurgency because they're pacifists, and he believes that not all criminals deserve a second chance.

I think this incapableates Jason well. Well, he's not against killing he also doesn't think people should be killed Willie nilly. Not Pengin or Harvey or even Harley just Joker is who he had his focus on.
