Recommendation based on personal experience: use Sacrifical Sword, it has a chance of ending the countdown of ur elemental skill. when you play, dont spam her skill 2 times, wait until ur first skill ends and then do the skill again so you have constant healing

Im gonnz jump off the window, my Qiqi is one of my best built character (Im an active player AR60)
She has over 2000 atk, 50 cr 190 cd and she's double crowned on e and auto atk.
I CANT PASS THIS SHIT

a tip for anyone struggling! one of qiqi’s passives makes her NA apply the burst mark with a 50% chance every 30 secs. if your fischl is on life support and the mark happens to appear, quickly switch to fischl and use her NA to recover HP! ^_^

-REPEAT FOR 2 HOURS TILL IT WORKS

Then, try to use Qiqi talent and orb for healing, while switch between her and fischl

My Qiqi has 60 crit rate, more than 200 crit damage, level 90, almost all crowned and a lot of physical damage and I CAN'T PASS THIS SHT (Edit: I did it after a lot of effort)

use the Sacrificial Sword, Ocean Hue Calm set, try to build it with high Attack and a Healing Circlet, .... and VERY VERY IMPORTANT to keep switching back and forth between Fischl and QiQi so their health keeps regaining health

Sacrificial sword is the only possible answer to this shit. I swear, this was harder than some of the Natlan local legends on world lvl 9
