Those apartments must have been built before the law that stipulates that any building with more than four floors must have an elevator. That’s a law that has been in effect for 10 years now at least. People would rent an apartment and the owners would not reveal that there is no elevator, a nasty surprise especially if you are on the upper floors.

$38 bucks a night is great, but they lost me with the open windows and no elevator. The safety and great service is a huge plus! I thought you were going to talk about the pros and cons of living in the city, but this was still a good vlog! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Nice decent place. Don't mind the stair exercise but it would be hell if you are moving in with furniture. Like the chill atmosphere and vibe. Would stay there no problem but sound like the management is sleeping on the job a bit.

Should have been something like Pros and Cons of living in Brickwood Apartments. You otherwise give the incorrect impression that all of Nairobi's apartments are like that one.

I like your videos there fascinating, I love Africa, been to Cameroon twice but never Kenya, only to change planes though. I here it's not a safe place Nairobi but you have an advantage over me, your black, I bet I would get plenty of hassle if I was there.

I wouldn't stay there if the windows don't shut well and I can't have a late check out I would definitely not stay there

I'd say the £28 is fair price. Did you report the faults? Curious as thinking of heading there but don't want bad maintenance service lol Also, do they allow guests?
