AMT Pans (Non-Stick Surface Demonstration)

I've had one of these for two years and now meat and other food sticks to it. What can I do to fix it?

You did not use it on actual fire, and a pen cannot put into that often because the handle is plastic

after 6 months - stick everything, after 1 year - was thrown away, the expensive pure rubbish.
