I wish freeze dryers weren't so expensive. I feel like this would help us alot. It seems like as things get more expensive we run out of items like tomato paste, eggs etc and we just don't have the money or gas to run into town to get it so we have to plan a complete different meal

I legit last year just used a dehydrator for all the scraps from my tomatoes and peppers from my garden and made that same seasoning basically so im glad people r trying to make use of everything rather than let it all go to waste
