I might be late to the party but did anyone else notice that the front of the camera spells out the word POP? Pretty cool haha.

I'd recommend you buy a gimbal. Digital stabilization reduces the quality a little and so with a gimbal and the digital stabilizer disabled, you'd be able to get stable shots without loosing quality. I'd recommend something like the Zhiyun Crane M2S for example.
DJI increased the bitrate of the Action 5 Pro after many people complained. Perhaps Acer can also release a firmware update to increase the bitrate.
I have thought about getting this camera but didn't buy it yet. For sure I'd need to also get a compatible gimbal which ads to the costs.

I still use my JVC GY-HMZ1U. Recently started to upscale using Topaz Vieo AI, and the results are fantastic. 3d must return with 4k, glasses free monitors (crazy expensive new Acer 27") at an affordable price.. Until then keeping my old gear.

I am also upset that this camera is selling so poorly, I mean that they promised to start selling it in the 3rd quarter of 2024, but it is still difficult to buy, some kind of unprofessional approach. When present a smartphone, you can buy it almost immediately, and here they drag it out for almost half a year and the result is small. hdr does not have 10 bit, this is of course a misunderstanding. They definitely need to support the camera and update the software. The lenses are fogged up, one eye is out of focus. I am disappointed.😢

For installing and removing the micro-SD card, the door covering the card will pop off and then one end functions as an install/removal tool for the card. Yes, it's a strange solution. Why not just design better access to the card slot?

Based on the poor performance, did you return yours? I'm debating this, but unsure what the return policy/flexibility is for something bought directly from the Acer website.

Your spatiallabs eyes camera came defective, mine works perfectly on both eyes, yours seems to have a problem with one of the lenses and that gives you a much blurrier image

Does it overheat? Can you record a 30 minute clip w/o stopping or changing a battery?

Can you recommend a camera within 1000-1500 dollars that can record 4k, 8k video 10 bit better than Acer, without distortion vr180?
