Sorry if anyone is offended but i dare say SEED mecha line is the most sophisticated and finest looking Gundams in the entire franchise just with Strike Freedom alone. And even their assault ships designs are top class: Archangel, Minerva, Eternal.

This is what the strike freedom should have looked like. I always thought the gold was low hanging fruit in terms of design “improvements” from the og freedom. Gold doesn’t always mean better.
