For the young ones who have not yet experienced this:
1. Not everyone experiences it the same way. Some may have it heavier or lighter. Some may have bad cramps and others, not so much.

2. Toilet paper is not a good option.

3. Tampons really aren't that scary. It's really difficult for the string to come off since it's intertwined and apart of the center. If it feels weird, you did it wrong. When you do it right, you will hardly feel it if at all. Just gotta change it like when you change a pad.

4. Heating pads, adhesive and electric, are amazing.

5. Feeling sick, aches, and acne are normal

6. If it's really bad, stay home. If it's like that every day, see a doctor to see if it can be regulated.

7. It's not the end of the world, it's just your body cleaning itself.
