Remember During the filming of The Hateful Eight, Kurt Russell accidentally smashed an antique 19th-century Martin guitar worth around $40, 000. The scene where his character breaks the guitar was supposed to use a prop, but a real, irreplaceable guitar was used by mistake. Jennifer Jason Leigh's shocked reaction in the scene is genuine, as she realized what had happened. Martin Guitars, understandably upset, announced they would never lend guitars to movie productions again.

This episde on CBP: after some bickering, the Count, McJohn and Dummieson go on to the little workshop held by the Allied Counties’ troops.

“See, my security crew will teach you how to use those weapons without blowing your plastic butts.” – The Count said to Dummieson and his deputies. “Make sure you take notes and learn!”

It was not long until the dummies got their notebooks and started writing, ver much to the Count’s amusement. However, the amusement turned into worry as he saw what was written.

“Uhh… I only see scribbles in there! Dummieson, don’t tell me that…”

“What are you talking about? Here, look… it’s written” – Dummieson replies.
‘notes on the cool weapons that blow stuff up and all’. ‘notes on the cool weapons that blow stuff up and all’.
“You’re messing with me, give me the notes, let’s see if anyone else reads your fake writing!”

The Count hands it to a deputy that was not watching the conversation.

“It says ‘notes on the cool weapons that blow stuff up and all’, what’s wrong?”

“But those aren’t even letters! How!? By the way, what does your note say?”

“Notes on the cool weapons that blow stuff up and all.”

“BUT IT’S WRITTEN DIFFERENT!”

“No, it’s not!”

“Yes it is!” – The Count shouts, utterly confused. “This must be how having a stroke feels like…”

“What is a stroke?”

“Forget it, deputy, continue your notes…”

“Humans are weird, they are smart, yet can’t read things right…”
