Surgically Implanted Devices & Static Magnetic Field

So isn’t every implant exposed to higher spatial gradient? Like if it’s a heart stent and it’s tested up to 720 and I’m doing a brain, when I put them in they r going through the higher. So it’s not ok to scan?
