Public Talk: El Niño & California Water

JPL uses cutting-edge sensors on satellites and airplanes to observe many aspects of water on the Earth. These observations help improve our understanding of the impacts of El Niño and La Niña on water resources critical to California. A panel of experts will describe measurements over the 2015-2016 season focused on groundwater and mountain snowpack results, and discuss what these measurements might tell us about the future.
