@Shirsaha yep, the only reason i brought up Maliwan was due to the fact they didn't specify how futuristic they'd look...in the end its most likely a Dahl. The Bandit and Tediore concept and designs look/seem amazing so far, can't wait to see how the others look as I haven't found an article showing off the others.

@nycj470 lilith actually ends up being the best character.. she has fire rate/damage boosting skills.. + eventually a 60% smg damage/ammo regen class mod + smgs (imo the best guns in the game) which all in all makes her insanely beast.

They better have some funky music like "Ain't No Rest for the Wicked" since that song MADE Borderlands fucking awesome!

Probably one of the best intros to a game that only lacks a really good story i would say.

Good one man, I totally agree with you and I think Borderlands graphics kick ass and are a nice change from the normal graphical style of games. Laughed so hard at that "go play crysis" xD

This vid damn near sold me on it already. All I need to know is that it aint gonna be all desert environments. You throw in those lush fields and maybe a actual city, nice bright environments and you can consider my pre-order secured.

@Shirsaha I'm confused, are we even talking about the same gun anymore Xp To me it doesn't look shoddy like a Bandit, could be Torgue perhaps now that you've brought it up as theyre supposed to look powerful. Tediore might be a new fav for me personally, for the very reasons you've mentioned. Vladof should be good too as I'm looking forward to the minigun-like barrels and the russian feel. Jacobs too as I'm a fan of older guns. Visually I think I'll enjoy Jacobs, Tediore, and Vladof the most Xp

@iambobwhoru The only gun he's using that looks like it has been pieced together is the gun he holds in his right hand, and even then it doesn't use a Magazine, it's using a box, you know the belt fed ones.

Borderlands fan-made wikipedia states, As quote in sub-catagory Plot Synopsis in Borderlands 2 thread:

"The original characters will make appearances in the sequel as NPCs. "

It may not be entirely true, but atleast we got some hope. Roland was a intresting character, and to be honest, you have to find it ironic that he is former Crimson Lance, and your main enemy (besides non spoiling boss), are the Lance. Agreed?

That is actually a bandit manufactured gun. bandit made guns have a longer clip than any other.
