Dr Gihan Marasingha introduces us to the concept of inductive reasoning which essentially is generalising from specific examples. Gihan uses a popular children’s toy, the Tower of Hanoi, to illustrate the theory of inductive reasoning and the relevant mathematical calculations in an engaging way.
