Danny: this is an excellent video. Misterton Chippy is my local, and Shane does an awesome job running it and keeping all us locals happy. You can takeaway or you can eat in the restaurant on the side which is open from 8am most days and does whopping breakfasts which are equally amazing. An enormous belly buster of a fry up and a cuppa tea for less than a tenner, and it's of the highest quality with the full works. The only criticism of the video is that the picture to draw in the viewer is very misleading, because for £25.30 you had large chips, large cod, scampi, spam fritter, a pie, mushy peas, curry sauce, and a banana cheesecake for afters. That haul for £25.30 is superb value for money, and this chippy is the best value for money I have ever been to whether I'm happy fish n chips for tea or a full fry up for my breakfast :-)

The young lady that served you deserves kudos. I just paid 21 quid for half that fish and chips portion and a battered sausage at my London local.

All the assistants are very welcoming whenever you go and the food has always been top notch when I’ve been.
I’ve known Shane since I was a kid and he’s a very genuine, decent guy. He told me many years ago that he always wanted to have a chip shop of his own and I’m pleased he managed to achieve his dream. Keep up the good work guys, your community values you. 👍

They do an excellent large breakfast in the cafe for £8.25 including tea or coffee. I tried the banana cheesecake today and it is absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend a visit to anyone if they're in the area.

Nobody talks about how professional the camera man is, for sure with outzoom the camera man knows exactly how to turn around the sharpness of the lens, spot on.

I always hope you are going to start with the fish.
It's just been fried, it is at its very best - crispy, flaky, nice bit of steam separating the fish & batter.
