It’s great how the workers use their bare hands to feel the connection of everyone before and after them who has touched the sandwich

as someone who works in a school kitchen, it's blowing my mind to see these workers handling food that will go out to millions without any form of glove XD

I love how her wedding band touches every sandwich she makes ❤

It's been years since I've bought a premade sandwich and after seeing this I can confidently say it will be many more years to come before I buy another.

as someone who worked at a small convenience store/gas station, they DO use food safety gloves and change them frequently. idk why the company in this video doesn’t, that’s a super huge health hazard that you literally learn about on the first day of food handling and prep.

That dude who spreads out the handful of cheese must have had the day off when my sandwich was made.

I like how the workers are wearing hair nets and aprons and all sorts of food safety gear to prevent contaminants from getting into the sandwiches but then they handle them all with their bare hands. We all know the hands never get dirty and don't need protection gear to avoid contaminants getting into the food.

EDIT: Oh it gets even better. The guys loading the sandwiches into the boxes are wearing gloves to make sure the boxes don't get contaminated. How thoughtful.

I used to work in one of these sandwich factory and it was absolutely horrible. Not only because of how chaotic it is but also the unfair pay. Just imagine those pre packed sandwiches each touched by at least a dozen hands before getting in your mouth.

I'm surprised how well suction cups can lift bread.

No gloves, rings, nail polish... please detail who this company is and who they make sandwiches for so I can make sure I avoid them...

my biggest take away is that the two halves in the pack arent from the same sandwich 🤯

For anyone interested in the location of the company, its in the uk. Whew. These people need a company sponsored vacation to Glove World, this is rock bottom.

I worked in a place that made such sandwiches. It was a cold room where you stood in the same spot for hours. The ingredients were also kept in a large freezer, so when you handled it, your hands would get cold too. We would wear cloth gloves with food safety gloves on top. Even with cloth gloves, your hands still got cold. Even in the dead of summer, when I got off work, I would still feel the cold in my body for hours afterwards.

Bruh, those bare hands grabbing the ham, spreading the cheese, pressing on the bread... noice👌

The lack of gloves helps the sandwiches ferment faster, thereby developing more flavor. Best consumed after 30 days 😄

I think the machines putting the sandwiches together are cleaner than them hands 🤣

You're telling me my pre-packaged sandwiches are touched by like, ten gloveless individuals before they arrive at a sketchy gas station in some backwater town I'm driving through on a trip out of state to flee the many MANY warrants for my arrest?

4:25 All the sudden the 2 guys at the end wearing gloves. Like it matters after 14 other people touch the cheese ham and bread with no gloves.

I was amazed watching people handling the bread without gloves. Regards from Ireland 🇮🇪

I watch this as a cure to ever wanting a cheap gas station sandwich again. It didn’t disappoint…….NO GLOVES, NO GLOVES. 😱
