During the COVID pandemic in 2020 we were forced to close our gym on March 18th. Our goal was to provide workouts and hope while on lockdown. Although the workouts are awesome, we had to use our iPhone and basic microphone set for LIVE videos so I apologize for the poor sound quality.

Unfortunately, while we had to prepared for a rainy day, we did not prepare for 2 ½ month tsunami and had to close our doors.
