Thank you... these videos really are helpful. We did come down for training to learn how to do this, but we were so new everything was very overwhelming and when we got back we really weren't completely sure we were doing it correctly. Based on your video we were, but it makes us feel much more comfortable knowing that. I am really looking forward to the weekly and monthly videos and I hope you won't stop there and will get into more involved procedures including changing various parts. Since most of us live far away from Costa Mesa, this will help IMMENSELY.
