I mean I think it was more then them, cause hafu and toast basically ran the streamer lobbies which to get any kind of consistency from a group you need someone taking charge to arrange times to play otherwise people will just do their own thing and make their own plans. Thats why they can't bring it back cause no one wants to be the one planning times to play cause its alot of harassing people to get commitments or for some responses in general cause people will be wishy washy.

I recently (4-5 days ago) just started binging the old clips and videos & it was so nostalgic. Hearing Sykkuno state that it’s dead and never coming back breaks my heart a little. I hope to see newer content with Protocol Lockdown. It looks like that might bring back the squad ❤

We might see some AMOGUS here and there, the Hafu lobbies are still playing once a week. But yep Sykkuno is right bringing back the old OG groups are impossible now sadge. A lot has changed in the OTVF group since back then.

Bro people are forgetting so many of the OG players, there was Peter, Wendy, Abe, Jodi, John, Michael, Jay. The constant rotation of them too so we always had an unlimited amount of different chemistries and play styles. It truly was a treat to witness.

Was a great time. I do miss it, but life moves on. Hopefully you will find a new friend group soon. They rotate in and out as we age, and that is natural.

Toast also commented on this which he said that it was good that Among Us ended because it started just for fun until it little by little turning into "just for content". They already overlooked the real meaning of game streaming.

I still watch old amigops videos regarding Among Us or other games as long as Toast, Corpse, Syk, and Rae are included. It's such a good time because the group literally saved me from the loneliness covid brought us. I missed it but I'm also happy that they are already doing good in life.

After watching this, I’d really like to see a video that goes into detail about the current state of each YouTuber/Twitch streamer that rose in popularity from this Among Us era.

In the moment it was so cool to see all these content creators come together. It’s incredible that in despite of the world shutting down, it really encouraged us to come together.

But yeah, I discovered quite a few channels I watch occasionally because of this group, nowadays it’s mainly Ash On Lol, JSE, and Charlie
