Just moved to the south Jefferson Park area from Milwaukee, WI and I thought that since I was moving to a more respectable area of Chicago, there would be less shooting and robberies compared to the upper east side of MKE. Man, I was so fucking wrong thinking that. FFS it’s only the end of April in 2021 and there’s been like a shooting every goddam week in my neighborhood!
