I bought one of these things and it was defective right out of the box. Would not turn on. The finger print sensor would light up but nothing else would come on. Then I disconnected the power and restarted it several times before it would come on. Then it would just shut off after about a minute every-time. I would have to constantly restart it to finish entering the data. However everything stayed in memory so i know it is not the Battery. Im Sending it back.

Hi, I just resolved the issue with the download of the data. Since it is with chip with very limited capabilities it has issues with the ability to save files on the storage. You have to format your pen drive/mass storage device with FAT32 file format. Now it is able to download and save files. Hope it works

Tava tão ligado no vídeo q só prestava atenção nó que o cara tava falando e não nó que estava fazendo, que nunca dava certo no final. Aí percebi q ele aperta o número 8 e pronuncia 6, por isso não dava certo.
