Can you give me advice for inpainting setting in Forge because unlike Fooocus, there's a lot of mismatch if you selected the Denoising strength above 0, 7 and less detail if below that

Hope you came a tutorial for training a model using real images in forge. I tried using some older A1111 videos but the results are very rigid. I used my own photos, took side profiles shots etc but not sure where the issue is
