FYI. This exact recording is included in the 1998 release, Big Blues Extravaganza! The Best of Austin City Limits. The whole release is great and worth searching for.

Remember watching him on ACL in 1989 on the local PBS station and being blown away...31 years later still blown away.

This was from his 50th bday party, taped for Austin City Limits(with Stevie Ray Vaughan). Always been my favorite version of this Willie song. And this was in 1989
