Update. My linebacker squat came in and I have been using it for two weeks now. All parts were there for a quick easy assembly. My sons and I love it. It took a couple of reps to get use to it. But it’s an awesome piece of equipment. I ordered the squat attachment with the stand . It can be used similar to a barbell complex as well.. gets the old ticker racing. Thank you again for the recommendation

Thank you for the video. I was looking at purchasing one of these for my sons to workout with for football. I have seen some reviews that said the attachment wasn’t good for squats. Yet I see a video of you doing squats without any issues or knee pain. Did you have any issues squatting? And would you recommend this attachment or another for squats? Thank you

Thank you for all of these demos. I just bought one! Personal question..Do you use the stand that you have to buy separately? Or the plyo box in the background for set up? I’ve heard negative review on the stand am I want to avoid buying it. Thanks!

I recently purchased this and will have to say that it is garbage, to hard to load the sides, plus it is bulky. Since you can basically just load the bar, the viking press wood probably be a better purchase.

I dont see any difference from your Rdl and deadlift ! And also at end you do single leg Rdl not single leg deadlift!
