Also for those who want oil on the go, a Mio water enhancer bottle holds olive oil really well. Thats what I use when camping, just be wary that in cold weather the oil will freeze and its a bit of a pain to get out that way.

The moral in a workplace is SO important. Depressed or angry coworkers directly effects everyone's attitude and it can make a workplace toxic. When I interviewed at my current job I immediately noticed how the people in the office were joking around with each other and seemed to be enjoying themselves and it was such a departure from the stressed out environment at the place I was currently at. I'm glad I got this job and left that other place. Sounds like you've got something similiar. Great videos by the way.

I'm inspired to fresh-make food! Olive oil, pepper and salt live in my food bag, dehydrated stuff does not. Campfire corn, shave from cob into rice and your favorite topping goes well with a fresh-caught trout also camp fire cooked with a little olive oil and pepper. Congrats on the new gig Amanda! Are you going to tell us what you're to be doing?

Tortilla shells with chicken/bell peppers w/melted cheese in pot. My daughter figured out easy recipe for taking on bike camping. Just make sure get chicken in pouch (lemon flavor too😋). Thanks for vlog, Amanda, beautiful scenery!

I know its super cliche to say but, such a good video! Loved the shots by the beat at the beginning and the food was instagram-worthy lol. Crazy seeing how you're able to fill out the interior of that tent, I bought the same one and it seems so bare inside when I last used it. My favorite camp food is a recipe that I used to eat alot as a kid...Chicken soup packet with mini pasta shells, crack an egg in it and whisk, then strip a cheese stick into the bowl as youre eating it for stretchy cheese action.

Beautiful video. Thanks for sharing. Fun tip about those cherry tomatoes I never knew before. You can peal the sticker on top part way off, and there is a hole to get tomatoes out. Then you can replace the sticker and have a sealed container.

That looks really good. I like the first night fresh food suppers. I usually have some pita bread, falafel mix, olive oil and some fresh veggies. Then a little cheese and vino for dessert. Love your vlogs. 🤙🏼
