He’s articulating how he feels and he does know about things going on in the real world he may actually be really stressed because of his empathizing with those real world issues. I disagree with all of the people commenting about how he’s bad at emotion regulation and he’s a reflection of his parents. sure he could use different coping techniques but he’s just a kid, let him express how he feels. He isn’t being aggressive! He’s just expressing his frustration. And good for him.

Like 20 or 25 years ago I used to babysit 3 siblings. The oldest was really, really smart for a kid. Huge vocabulary, opinions about politics and social issues, and he was also an actor. His parents had to start him on an antidepressant (Prozac, I think) when he was 7 because he was so chronically stressed about everything. It actually really helped. He had a lot fewer meltdowns and just seemed happier.
