Cool and sounds good! I made my Vox AC-4 Top Boost into a Fenderish sounding amp. Speaker change, tubes, research. Cost less but it's still a single channel and not quite the Fender.

the more recent version has a correct 12ay7 in V1 to knock down the input gain.. And the speaker is a larger alnico magnet eminence speaker but still with an american type paper cone.. They say they tried to get the best of both world with the new speaker.. With low gain a more scooped sound than you would get with celestion speaker in the 5e3 and when you drive it, , it will not flub out like a jensen P12R speaker.. The new reissue jensen P12Q is still a good choice with the 5e3 deluxe.. It has a mid scoop which suits the amp but less extended high range like the new jensen p12R (above 5.3 kHz) that makes distortion sounds scrathcy..

That's how you show an amp: lots os chords - specialy when cranked.

The stock 5e3 with the Jensen speaker get the "Neil young" sound.. Tweed ready to explode kind of sound..bass flub, , fuzzy tone..

The slightly tweaked "the Edge" version is probably more of an allrounder.. Higher sensitivity speaker (celestion alnico blue), , with a more refined drive sound.. Other small tweaks are made.
