Joke context:

The “eye of Cthulhu” is a boss in terraria which can be summoned randomly if you reach certain requirements, when you reach the requirements the npc “merchant” tells you the following “I feel like an evil presence is watching me.” , when the eye of Cthulhu is about to be randomly spawned it says in the game chat “you feel an evil presence watching you” and right when he is summoned it says in the game chat “The eye of Cthulhu has awoken!”. The joke is that when the main character speaks to the merchant, the merchant says his phrase that he would say if the character had reached the requirements of the eye of Cthulhu to randomly spawn, after that the character does a thumbs up indicating that he doesn’t know what the merchant means. Later in the video the character is in his bed, it then says in the game chat the message that indicates the eye of Cthulhu is about to spawn, then it says “the eye of Cthulhu has awoken!” Then a roar plays and the eye is present, then right where the eye is about to touch the character the video stops. It is funny because at the end we don’t know what happens to the character but what most likely happened is that he died, which is the funny part.
