One of my favorite places to visit
The combination of an authentic Greek experience, together with windsurfing conditions at the highest level for all windsurfing disciplines in one place, is what brings me back every time
In this video I show you the lagoon! The closest spot to the city.
There are many other good windsurfing spots around the island, but this is my favorite!
A reef that breaks the waves and stops the current, gives a feeling of safety and complete control for fun sailing and for freestyle
You can find the Naxos Surf Club which is located at the bottom of the lagoon and offers equipment rental of all kinds and lessons for beginners with the best conditions you can have
Different wind conditions for large sails and learning, up to strong wind days for small sails gives a combination of improvement for all levels of windsurfing

Hi Dudu, thanks for the video. Do you know if there are any surfer hotels/hostels in Naxos?

Hi Dudu, I'm trying to organize something with my family for summer 2024 (we're 5 people in total). First for myself to get back and probably take some freestyle lesson and then for my kids, which are absolute beginners. I'm looking at spots with the best wind / price ratio. Would you recommend Naxos for this ? This won't be cheap lol, but it's worth the try.
