How did you select around that area? If you look at 0:50 you will know what I mean. How did you make the orange lines around the area to select it?

You got me out of an immense waste of time. I missed the circle part, mine was several times bigger than the objects mesh, outside of the screen, the proportional scaling seemed like a regular scaling. Silly.

The proportional editing tool does not work for me. When I hit G nothing happens. When I hit z it only turns i into a wire frame view. Help.
