I'm stunned that the pitch quality on these games are even better than that of Fifa 22 and 23 on current gen consoles. What a big shame on modern sport gaming.

This Fifa was the real deal. They were on to something with this gameplay and motion animations. Proper running with the ball, no skating.

Wow. Back when EA made a game that worked. When you tackled someone you actually got possession of the ball instead of having it bounce right back to the opponent for an open scoring chance 😂.

Best FIFA there is. The penalties and free kick system was top notch here. All of the new FIFAs got it wrong. (Well at least they managed to make the penalties from terrible back to - not as good as in 11)
