I don't know who's to blame at this point, but it's irrelevant, human loss, entire families shattered, the pain and the excruciating events, are unbearable!!. So much for buying into expensive waterfront condos. I seriously doubt anyone will have insurance coverage on this, and liability won't begin to cover the loss if they sue. I bet the market gets a shakeup over this.
