నేను 4వ తరగతి నుండి 10 తరగతి, ఇంటర్, d.dl.ed. వరకు ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ లోని కృష్ణ జిల్లా
జిల్లాలోచదువుకున్నా. అదే జిల్లా నివాసిని పెండ్లి చేసుకొని 10 సంవత్సరాల నుండి వుంటున్నాను. మా నాన్న గారిది తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రం. తెలంగాణలోనే వుంటున్నాడు. నేను నాన్ క్రిమీలేయర్ సర్టిఫికెట్, కుల ద్రువీకరణ ఏ రాష్ట్రం నుండి తీసుకోవాలి. దయచేసి చెప్పగలను

I have studied 1st to 4th class in andhra and 5th to 10th class in Telangana.I Qualified for TS SI and now they're saying that I'm a non local because I have not studied 4 classes from 1st to 7th in Telangana and hence im a non local in telangana and when comes to andhra 4th to 10th class atleast four classes needs to be studied within the specified classes and I didn't studied 5th to 10th in andhra hence im nonlocal in andhra.This is truly unfair.Ippudu telangana ki local kaadu andhra ki local kaadu.Greattt.

సార్ మా బంధువుల అమ్మాయి 8th వరకు ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ కర్నూలు జిల్లా లో చదివినది. ఆ తర్వాత ఆమె 9, 10 తరగతులు కేరళలో చదివినది. ఇప్పుడు కూడా ఇంటర్మీడియట్ అక్కడే చదువుకుంటే లోకల్ కింద వస్తుందా లేక నాన్ లోకల్ క్రింద వస్తుందా తెలియజేయగలరు.
