The Iowa Climate Festival is made possible by a Climate Science Challenge Grant from the American Chemical Society (ACS) and is hosted by the Iowa section of the ACS in partnership with the University of Iowa Department of Chemistry, Museum of Natural History, Office of Sustainability, State Hygienic Laboratory, National Science Foundation, Center for Aerosol Impacts on Climate and the Environment (CAICE), and the City of Iowa City.
